Julie Baker Childs

Julie has over 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields, both on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
Julie administers the evaluations for spinal cord stimulator, PNS, pain pump, and bariatric surgeries, military clearance; and DUI evaluations.
Carine M. Porfiri
M.D., Protocol Physician
Dr. Profiri is a graduate of Duke University and the Miami School of Medicine, and is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician. She has been in practice in South Florida for 25 years with a focus on the care and needs of the geriatric population.
Alfonso Respess
MS, Evaluatior
A decorated United States Navy veteran, Alfonso has been a Medical Professional for over 15 years. He served as the Logistics Manager for a health clinic, Supervisor for an, Emergency/Trauma facility, a Case Manager, Regional Operations Supervisor for a national medical group. and a Coordinator for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Nicole Garcia
Office Administrator
Nicole works on the administrative side of the mental health and substance abuse area. She works behind the scenes doing tasks that are required to run the agency so that the rest of the team can devote themselves to working with clients.
